March 10th

Today is such a beautiful day in San Diego. It is sunny and breezy. I took Caroline to the story time at the library and then to In-N-Out for a burger. I then took her to a park to play in the sunshine. God is so wonderful, isn't He? He just continues to bless me. I am so unworthy. I live with a great family, I go to an awesome church, I have wonderful friends and the perfect, true, holy, God as my Saviour!! What more could I ask for? (The answer is nothing for those who don't get it). Sometimes I stand amazed! One of my favorite Scriptures is Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths". Sometimes trusting God is the easiest thing to do, and yet at other times, it's the toughest thing to do. I hope that this blog is a blessing to someone out there. I hope it is a blessing to me in the future when I go through trials. I can hopefully look back at days like this when I see how much God has blessed me. Trust God!

Are you 100% sure you'll go to Heaven when you die.
The most important decision you'll ever make is to trust Jesus as your peronal Saviour!

1st:Realize you are a sinner.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Romans 3:23

2nd: Realize that a price must be paid for your sin.
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for all have sinned." Romans 5:12
"For the wages of sin is death..." Romans 6:23 (a)
"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:14-15

3rd: Realize that Jesus paid the price!
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures." 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

4th: Repent! (Yes, repentance IS in the Bible).
"I tell you, Nay: but except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13:3
"For Godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death." 2 Corinthians 7:10

5th: Receive Christ!
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:8-9
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

Are you willing to ask Jesus to be your Saviour? Then please ask Him to save your soul in a prayer like this:
"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I deserve to go to hell. I now ask you to forgive me for my sins and save me. Please take me to Heaven when I die. Thank you for saving me! Help me now to live for you. In Jesus' name I ask, Amen."
You have to mean it in your heart, just saying a prayer (without a believing heart) will not save you. In John 14:6 it says "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by me."
